Keep your public store information accurate so customers know where to order, how to pay, and how to contact you.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to store management.
  2. Open store settings or store details.
  3. Update the store name if allowed.
  4. Update the description, banner or image, contact details, address or location, payment instructions, and ordering notes if available.
  5. Save changes.
  6. Open the public storefront and check how the updates appear.

Notes and tips

  • Some fields appear only when enabled for the store.
  • Clear payment instructions help customers submit correct references.
  • Review contact details regularly so customers can reach the store when needed.
